Odell Beckham Jr.: Extra coverage is 'not going to work'

Odell Beckham Jr. is very good at catching footballs and he would like the 31 other teams in the league to know that he is still going to be very good at catching footballs in 2015, even if they decide to blanket him with double coverage on every single play.

The second-year wide receiver made that much clear when he spoke with reporters following the Giants' first OTA on Wednesday.
"I definitely expect to receive a lot more attention," Beckham said via NJ.com. "But it's just not going to work."
After his 91-catch, 1,305-yard, 12-touchdown rookie season, it's probably best not to doubt Beckham. It's also probably important to remember that he put up that statline even though he missed the first four games of the season.
Plus, with Victor Cruz coming back from his torn ACL that he suffered back in October, in a way, it's going to be tougher for defenses to key on Beckham this season than it was last season. Prior to Cruz's injury last season, he was averaging 14.7 yards per catch.
"You know you have Vic (Cruz) and Reuben (Randle), it's going to be hard to double or have a safety over the top with the stuff that we have going on," Beckham said. "I don't think it's going to be beneficial for them."
And even if they do double Beckham, there's no guarantee that'll prevent him from doing stuff like this:
